The Brewery is one such example, rated at a quite staggering $2,600 per month, located at downtown Queen and Sumach. Granted, The Brewery offers a spacious loft of 1,200 square feet.
When you are looking for new condos for rent, in the end it depends on your needs. If you are looking for job opportunities or metropolitan amenities, you would of course be better off staying where all the actions are. However, if you are looking for some time away from the hustle and bustle of big city, going downtown could be wise. Downtown Toronto really gives off that natural soothing air that can calm your soul. Once you have made your decision, you can do a focused research on the ones that strike your fancy.
